5.5"w x 6"h; front is digitally printed cotton back is mixed fabric, uncooked rice fill
HOT: Heat this bad girl up in the microwave for 30 seconds and test rice pack. Can be heated more at 15 second intervals, for a maximum of 1.5 minutes. Remember: test before applying to skin, pack may be hotter than it feels at first.
COLD: Toss this rice pack in the freezer for an hour in a sealed bag.
WARNING: Rice can scorch/burn when overheated. This can cause a fire. Do not leave unattended while heating. This rice pack can get very hot. Seriously. Use caution and common sense and test before applying to your skin.
